Associate Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of pipeline development within a regional team in North America, collaborating with an Account Executive on a common target.

• Conduct research on accounts and pinpoint relevant stakeholders.

• Develop tailored and specific outbound outreach strategies.

• Qualify potential clients by verifying their pain points, needs, timelines, and decision-making authority before scheduling meetings.

• Work in tandem with Account Executives, marketing, and the events team throughout the go-to-market strategy.

• Create AI workflows, agents, or systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in work processes.

• Interact with stakeholders involved in deals related to CIOs, finance, data security, and AI development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a clear understanding of the BDR/SDR role, including outbound efforts, qualification processes, and daily routines.

• Has previously developed something utilizing AI, whether it be an automation tool, agent, workflow, or a side project that transformed work methodologies.

• Prepared to showcase their AI-related projects.

• Exhibits precise and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Considers personalization to be essential and non-negotiable.

• Enthusiastic about creating new categories and contributing to the definition of what an “AI Context Platform” entails.

• Capable of working fixed North American hours, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, consistently.

• Authorized to work in the country where the application is submitted.
