Associate Business Analyst – Supplier Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, assess, and implement supplier sustainability initiatives

• Convert intricate client and industry needs into actionable solutions

• Perform data analysis, execute data quality assessments, and validate workflows

• Produce guidance materials, training resources, and user documentation

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and enterprise clients

• Assist in process enhancements, automation projects, and program refinement

• Remain updated on ESG, sustainability, and regulatory changes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS, Professional Services, Consulting, or a comparable field

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Politics, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in gathering requirements and engaging directly with stakeholders or customers

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities

• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or process enhancement

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously within global, cross-functional teams

• Basic coding or scripting abilities (preferred)

• Experience with ESG, supply chain, GRC, or risk management software (preferred)

• Background in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or professional services (preferred)

• Understanding of sustainability, ESG, or human rights reporting frameworks (preferred)
