Associate Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess business challenges and assist in developing tailored technologies and solutions aimed at enhancing health and human services outcomes.

• Work alongside business analysts to provide client recommendations that optimize business processes.

• Convert client business requirements and technical specifications into easily understandable non-technical terms.

• Examine and document system requirements alongside business processes.

• Create foundational conceptual data and process models to evaluate the potential impacts of system changes.

• Implement and assess basic test case scenarios derived from existing testing plans.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections with senior management.

• Enhance technical competencies using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate business requirements and troubleshoot bugs and defects.
