📋 Description

• Assess business challenges and contribute to the development of innovative technologies and solutions aimed at enhancing health and human services outcomes.

• Collaborate with business analysts to provide client recommendations that optimize business processes.

• Convert client business needs and technical specifications into easily understandable non-technical language.

• Analyze and document system requirements as well as business processes.

• Develop basic conceptual data and process models to evaluate the potential impacts of system changes.

• Validate client requirements in system design by executing and analyzing basic test-case scenarios derived from existing test plans.

• Engage in technical reviews and inspections alongside senior leaders.

• Enhance technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Visio.
