📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to embed customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests on both new and existing features.

• Derive essential insights to guide product and business strategies.

• Identify, comprehend, and test mechanisms to enhance profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership expansion.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Perform thorough analyses utilizing advanced machine learning techniques.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across vital business initiatives, such as carrier growth and development, and creating new products from inception to launch.

• Collaborate with the VP of BizOps & Analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field.

• Over 1 year of management consulting experience from a prestigious firm (preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group) or relevant experience in business analysis or operations.

• Proficient with SQL and/or capable of conducting intricate data analyses.

• Strong framework for problem-solving and first-principles thinking.

• Comfortable engaging with audiences from front-line staff to executive leadership.

• Currently residing in an eligible state: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
