This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate marketing materials to ensure adherence to established guidelines and brand standards.

• Document review outcomes in a database and relay findings to marketing teams.

• Master intricate guidelines and implement them across diverse scenarios.

• Carry out initial reviews of post-campaign activities.

• Identify eligible campaign expenses in accordance with program guidelines.

• Engage in team collaboration, sharing ideas, and brainstorming sessions.

• Offer continuous internal feedback and proactively update clients on status and recommendations.

• Conduct checks on website functionality.

• Execute quality control assessments for accuracy and compliance as necessary.

• Provide constructive feedback to colleagues based on quality control assessments.

• Undertake administrative responsibilities to support client operations when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline.

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

• Prior remote work experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to work independently.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Keen attention to detail in both visual and written formats.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Capability to organize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.

• Outstanding ability to collaborate within a team environment.

• Openness to learning and experimenting without fear of failure.

• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
