Associate Advertising Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Initiate, oversee, and continually enhance search marketing initiatives across various channels at the campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.

• Formulate and execute search marketing strategies aimed at boosting marketplace visibility, engagement, and conversion while aligning with profitability and margin objectives.

• Track advertising budgets, bids, competitor activities, and campaign performance to meet ROI, TACoS, sales velocity, and other business goals.

• Analyze and produce weekly advertising performance reports, complete with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other internal and external stakeholders to create comprehensive brand strategies and adapt to evolving priorities.

• Oversee advertising budgets, evaluate campaign performance, and pinpoint optimization opportunities for profitable growth and tangible business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or comparable marketplace advertising campaigns.

• Experience in managing an advertising budget of $50k, with a solid grasp of budgets, bids, ROI, and campaign performance.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in organizing and interpreting large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with generating performance reports, analyzing advertising outcomes, and offering actionable suggestions to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience with Amazon advertising platforms or tools such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics is an advantage.

• Agency experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred.

• Availability for a work-from-home arrangement.

• At least Intel i3 or an equivalent 4th-generation-or-higher processor.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OS X.

• Must possess dual monitors.

• Wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet with a primary connection plan of 10 Mbps or higher.

• PC headset required.

• HD webcam with a minimum resolution of 720p.
