This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with a portfolio of university partners, especially within the APAC region.
• Engage in proactive year-round communication with university partners.
• Address partner inquiries and requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Comprehend partner requirements and pinpoint opportunities to assist students while enhancing relationships.
• Keep partners updated on TIG programs, deadlines, events, and available opportunities.
• Aid university partners in fostering student interest and enrollment in TIG programs.
• Implement partner recruitment and engagement strategies, including email campaigns, presentations, information sessions, and events.
• Follow up on leads, opportunities, and agreed-upon next steps.
• Progress opportunities from initial discussions to execution while maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Assist in achieving enrollment and partnership growth objectives.
• Ensure accurate university and partner information is maintained in the CRM.
• Conduct regular partner outreach and account management activities in accordance with team processes.
• Organize university site visits, demos, presentations, events, and conference preparations.
• Create materials, presentations, and follow-up communications for meetings and events.
• Monitor actions, deadlines, and follow-ups to fulfill commitments promptly.
• Contribute to data integrity, reporting, and administrative processes within the UPT team.
• Collaborate with UPT, Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and other teams.
• Adhere to established processes and share ideas for improvements.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and communicate proactively when assistance or clarification is required.
• Balance independent work with regular alignment and collaboration with the team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, partnerships, higher education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the higher education landscape in the APAC/Oceania region and its cultural nuances is advantageous.
• Proficient or near-proficient in written and spoken business English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on follow-through.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts, tasks, deadlines, and ongoing responsibilities simultaneously.
• Appreciates structured, process-driven work and consistently addresses partnership details.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Action-oriented and pragmatic, with a strong emphasis on execution.
• Proactive and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and remain focused on established objectives.
• Inquisitive and eager to learn while adhering to established processes and priorities.
• A designated home office space.
