This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee designated client accounts from the onboarding phase through to survey completion and reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding survey participation, data, reports, and deliverables.
• Cultivate trustworthy client relationships through prompt, thoughtful, and precise service.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records and databases.
• Collaborate with Survey Project Managers during data collection, validation, analysis, peer review, and report publication.
• Assess client-submitted information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Track deadlines and follow up with clients as necessary.
• Assist with ad hoc surveys, special projects, and team initiatives.
• Utilize survey technology and internal systems to manage compensation and benefits surveys.
• Analyze survey findings and aid clients in comprehending reports.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate issues, and support quality control initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of compensation survey practices, methodologies, and market data.
• Draft client communications regarding survey launches, deadlines, reports, new offerings, and product updates.
• Convert detailed survey information into straightforward, practical guidance for clients.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure the provision of consistent and accurate client information.
• Exceptional client service and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and clear written and verbal communication abilities.
