This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and pursue healthcare providers to enhance the use of Shield™ for colorectal cancer and other cancer screenings.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets while optimizing promotional budgets in alignment with the national sales strategy.
• Discover strategic opportunities for business growth and collaboration with primary care providers and practices.
• Create and execute business plans that are in line with brand strategy to facilitate product launches.
• Establish partnerships with national, regional, and local laboratories that offer phlebotomy draw agreements.
• Recognize market opportunities, disseminate best practices, and communicate strategies to cross-functional and Commercial Team partners.
• Evaluate competitive landscapes and assigned-account environments to identify trends and provide feedback to leadership.
• Propose strategic plans aimed at acquiring and retaining clients.
• Oversee promotional activities within the assigned territory to bolster sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively across various departments within Guardant Health.
• Work alongside the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Uphold and represent the values of Guardant Health to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and occasionally outside for regional or national meetings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, field-based sales role.
• Ideally, experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, and/or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of consistent closing capabilities and performance that has met or surpassed expectations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Capacity to engage in consultative selling and effectively address objections.
• Knowledge of markets, customers, distribution channels, and products.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service competencies.
• Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency in working independently, proactively communicating, managing multiple projects, prioritizing daily tasks, and meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong administrative skills in complex settings.
• Proficient in in-person, phone, and virtual selling environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Veeva.
• Demonstration of integrity, respect, trust, a positive demeanor, and an understanding of organizational growth and change.
• Preferred: experience in selling diagnostic products, blood-based testing, and/or phlebotomy directly to primary care providers.
• Preferred: experience in product launch planning and execution.
• Preferred: knowledge of the primary care practice landscape in the territory.
• Preferred: high-touch customer service skills.
• Proficiency in AI and digital tools, including the responsible use of AI-enabled resources.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory and occasionally outside for regional or national meetings.
• Background screening, including criminal history checks, is mandatory.
