This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assisting the sales team within a designated geographic area to cultivate new accounts and enhance product usage among existing clients.
• Aiding in case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and the resolution of outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner.
• Developing and nurturing robust relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across various care sites through education, demonstrations, and prompt support.
• Delivering precise and timely reports on sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while working collaboratively across functions to meet business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of pertinent sales experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License.
• Prior experience in surgical or biologics (Nice to Have).
• Field-based time management and prioritization skills (Nice to Have).
• Clear and professional communication with clinicians and surgical personnel (Nice to Have).
• Experience in patient care environments such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices (Nice to Have).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-first approach (Nice to Have).
