This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share.
• Identify specific commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and similar organizations within the designated territory.
• Independently market and sell the company’s products and tissues.
• Engage with existing customers while cultivating new prospects.
• Contribute to moderate to significant sales growth of current accounts with varying levels of supervision.
• Ensure high levels of customer and patient satisfaction.
• Discover new market opportunities.
• Execute marketing strategies and devise sales plans to penetrate healthcare entities within the assigned region.
• Choose presentation materials from company-approved resources.
• Assist in delivering presentations to large groups and individuals regarding company products and their applications.
• Help resolve customer reimbursement issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Carry out work at customer or clinical sites as well as from the home office.
• Adhere to customer-site dress codes, including scrubs and white coats, along with credentialing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related area, with 1–3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Preferably, 3–4 years of experience within the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in rapidly growing organizations and building relationships that contribute to organizational growth.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capable of interacting with all levels of management, both internal and external, and with customers.
• Ability to influence others through persistence and diplomacy.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and technical analysis skills, along with problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in market analysis, planning sales strategies, and presenting clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven history of achieving sales results and receiving recognitions.
• Successful track record in meeting sales targets and driving top-line results.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to cultivate a moderate-sized network of healthcare provider relationships.
• Up-to-date vaccinations are required for customer-site credentialing and registration systems.
• Regular travel locally and/or long distances within the assigned territory is required.
