This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee, manage, and lead all facets of market access projects and client engagements.
• Strategize project plans, manage financial resources, coordinate activities, and supervise communication related to projects.
• Cultivate and enhance existing client relationships through consistent communication and meetings.
• Organize and take part in presentations aimed at pitching to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic plans.
• Contribute to the implementation of product strategies and communication plans.
• Supervise junior account team members and guide projects from initiation to completion.
• Build and maintain connections with faculty and client contacts in Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical, and Compliance sectors.
• Manage and direct projects involving external vendors and internal departments such as IT, Editorial, Graphics, Compliance, and Art.
• Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, disease states, products, and competitors; keep an eye on the market and provide updates.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about the healthcare landscape.
• Assist in new business development through research, the creation of presentations, potential client interactions, and participation in meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in market access is mandatory.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional agency teams.
• High levels of motivation, a strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the US.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
