📋 Description

• Develop and implement the quality strategy for the Wholesale Digital Studio.

• Oversee QA teams across various squads, including Unified Portal and CCLM.

• Create governance, automation, and continuous improvement frameworks within the digital studio.

• Work closely with Product, Technology, and Architecture teams.

• Integrate quality assurance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Ensure engineering results align with business goals and product requirements.

• Promote an Automation-First and AI-Assisted Quality Engineering approach.

• Enhance test effectiveness, mitigate defects, speed up delivery, and boost quality efficiency.
