Assistant Regional Maintenance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 5-7 distribution center sites, taking full responsibility for 24x7 operational coverage.

• Schedule maintenance operations across various shifts while optimizing resource utilization.

• Track performance metrics and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio.

• Handle escalations that impact 24x7 operations.

• Implement contract KPIs and client-RME strategies effectively.

• Utilize reliability engineering principles to enhance equipment uptime and performance.

• Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives.

• Review equipment performance data and initiate corrective measures.

• Develop quality assurance protocols and conduct Health Check audits.

• Assess site performance and condition to uphold high RME service standards.

• Foster relationships with client operations leaders, JLL leaders, finance, and safety program managers.

• Promote a safety culture, encourage employee engagement, and support mentoring, coaching, and talent development.

• Supervise labor, PRM, overtime, and controllable budgets.

• Provide reports on regional performance, variances, trends, and operational insights.

• Propel innovation and continuous improvement across assigned facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Proven experience in Material Handling, Industrial Automation, and Robotics services.

• Background in a 24x7 logistics environment.

• Understanding of reliability engineering principles.

• Experience in executing contract KPIs and client-RME strategies.

• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Proficiency in analyzing equipment performance data.

• Involvement in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.

• Capability to manage a portfolio of 5-7 sites with 24x7 operational coverage.

• Competence in managing budgets, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, HR activities, safety programs, and KPI reporting.
