This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist a lead Project Manager across various aspects of a comprehensive project.
β’ Help oversee construction and fabrication tasks for designated projects.
β’ Maintain schedules using Smartsheet.
β’ Prepare documentation for invoicing.
β’ Support internal processes for production releases.
β’ Coordinate the necessary paperwork for design, permitting, and installation.
β’ Manage mid-sized projects with oversight from the Project Manager or Director.
β’ Provide daily project coordination support to the project team.
β’ Stay informed about project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
β’ Assist with multi-site projects for assigned clients or programs.
β’ Review and update progress reports, cost reports, schedules, and completion criteria.
β’ Maintain ERP and project documentation for submittals, RFIs, change requests, commitments, and design logs.
β’ Promptly communicate any project deviations to the relevant teams.
β’ Evaluate product specifications for quality assurance both before and after installation.
β’ Coordinate requests for design and manage engineering schedules.
β’ Create and update reports for customers.
β’ Travel to job sites as necessary.
β’ Source materials, tools, equipment, and vendors as needed.
β’ Support, coordinate, and manage the installation of signs and remediation plans.
β’ Monitor project gross profit margins and budgets to ensure costs remain within estimates.
β’ Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Directors of Project Management.
β’ An Associate degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or a related field pertinent to project management.
β’ Minimum of two yearsβ experience in a dynamic, high-volume professional office environment, supporting engineering, project management, or construction.
β’ Experience with healthcare accounts, rebranding, or program signage is highly desirable.
β’ A stable work history demonstrating increased responsibility and growth.
β’ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
β’ Experience with Bluebeam for design input and familiarity with Smartsheet or other project scheduling software is preferred.
β’ Potential travel requirement of up to 5-15%.
β’ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
β’ Must be comfortable engaging with customers such as general contractors, engineers, architects, and project owners.
β’ Capability to organize and manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.
β’ Driven to achieve ambitious objectives; enjoys challenges, determined to succeed, and works diligently to meet established goals, both individually and collectively.
