This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide analytical insights for managing the Product Program across all emirates of the UAE, IBG, and other regions as operations grow.
• Conduct portfolio analytics to pinpoint risk and growth opportunities, facilitating necessary policy adjustments.
• Analyze product testing to uncover growth segments and perform portfolio stress tests along with risk-based segmentation.
• Oversee portfolio growth and direction while generating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on outcomes.
• Assist in the automation of credit policies and lending parameters.
• Prepare comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, test necessary developments, and review and suggest updates to enhance automation and minimize manual processes.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify discrepancies between current practices and approved policies.
• Support the Policy Manager and work alongside Collections and Recovery to formulate procedures and strategies for resolving bad credits and improving underwriting standards.
• Monitor portfolio quality through data analysis.
• Develop actionable solutions for asset quality challenges in both acquisition and existing retail asset portfolios.
• Aid in the preparation and modification of policies based on market conditions and portfolio performance.
• Draft policies and guidelines for product programs, new launches, and targeted segments.
• Track system change requests, coordinate with relevant units, and enhance risk management processes.
• Ensure the implementation of policies is completed within approved timelines and escalate exceptions for approval.
• Collaborate with the Retail Risk team to ensure data availability for thorough reporting.
• Work with Collections and the Credit Initiation Unit to enhance policy implementation.
• Submit MIS reports to internal departments and external agencies within defined deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with SAS, Hadoop, and Hive.
• A graduate degree in finance, engineering, business, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in best practices related to credit and underwriting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, sales, and customer-centric environments.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, including roles in credit analysis, statistical analysis, and leadership positions.
