This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Oversee and manage the complete Personal Loans and Cards application processing, which includes underwriting, CPV, and disbursal functions.
β’ Ensure daily SLA targets are met by monitoring performance, conducting reviews, performing spot checks, and enforcing team discipline.
β’ Address routine activity inquiries within designated time limits.
β’ Enhance data-entry quality and ensure compliance with credit policies to boost approval rates.
β’ Lead the team to exceed both departmental and organizational objectives.
β’ Sanction modifications aimed at enhancing and refining processes.
β’ Boost productivity and develop the skills of leaders within the team.
β’ Analyze daily rejects/referrals and enhance results through training and ongoing education.
β’ Mitigate risks by utilizing exception reporting and conducting application reviews.
β’ Ensure adherence to operating procedures and PPG guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with unit managers, business partners, and the Risk team to optimize capacity planning.
β’ Foster staff engagement and encourage ideas to deliver exceptional quality service.
β’ Initiate and monitor quality projects and conduct productivity/workflow improvement assessments.
β’ Report extraordinary occurrences to Unit/Division Heads and document corrective and preventive measures.
β’ Achieve satisfactory outcomes in group and other internal audits.
β’ A high level of maturity and strong communication skills are essential for balancing the needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders and staff.
β’ Excellent managerial and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to supervise teams effectively.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of credit policies and systems.
β’ Extensive knowledge of procedures related to cards data entry and CPV processes.
β’ Ability to perform under pressure while managing tight and challenging deadlines.
β’ A graduate with over 5 years of experience in a Retail products onboarding environment.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities.
β’ Previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2β3 years is required.
