This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with the Senior Facilities Manager to align with the strategic goals of facilities operations and maintenance programs across designated locations.
• Manage daily work order activities and ensure effective communication with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facilities personnel to perform tasks efficiently, safely, and with minimal interference to client operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections focusing on building services, preventive maintenance initiatives, and adherence to operational standards.
• Assist in the bidding, contracting, and implementation of operational maintenance and facility-related projects.
• Track service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Develop and sustain relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, tenants, and service partners.
• Aid in budget tracking, variance analysis, cost-saving strategies, and capital improvement planning.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture centered on safety, operational excellence, and ongoing learning.
• A minimum of 3 years of facilities management experience in a corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, or commercial real estate setting.
• Proven experience supporting facilities management operations in a dynamic commercial, industrial, or corporate environment.
• Ability to manage work orders, vendors, and preventive maintenance programs while upholding high service standards.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with building systems, facilities operations, and maintenance coordination practices.
• Capability to handle competing priorities, work autonomously, and maintain strong organizational standards.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel reporting skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, fostering a collaborative team approach.
• Ability to assist with budget management, cost control initiatives, and operational reporting requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience with Corrigo CMMS or similar facilities management systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of service level agreement management, KPI tracking, and vendor performance oversight (preferred).
• Experience in supporting capital improvement projects and driving operational process enhancements (preferred).
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills within the context of facilities operations (preferred).
• Background in promoting workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance initiatives (preferred).
• Ability to uncover opportunities for operational efficiencies and service improvements through innovative methods (preferred).
