This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead a team of Recruiters tasked with sourcing and placing professionals for various assignments across the US.
• Supervise and enhance end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, uniformity, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Identify and execute workflow enhancements to improve recruitment operations.
• Create training materials, best practices, cheat sheets, tips, tools, templates, and resources for recruiters.
• Oversee and utilize recruitment technology tools, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Keep abreast of new recruitment technologies and suggest relevant tools.
• Analyze data and metrics to review recruitment strategies and evaluate recruitment operations.
• Produce regular reports on recruitment metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Directly supervise recruitment coordinators, administrators, and support staff.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Track and drive departmental metrics and reporting.
• Communicate milestones and achievements to inspire and motivate the team.
• Manage production targets and evaluate individual performance and metrics.
• Implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Exemplify best practices and professionalism.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders regarding staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between recruitment operations and other HR functions.
• Foster a positive and seamless candidate experience while implementing initiatives to improve the candidate journey.
• Address and resolve issues affecting field professionals by proactively initiating contact and orchestrating solutions.
• Promote accountability, responsibility, and trust within the team.
• Engage in and take ownership of the interview, selection, and onboarding processes to attract, choose, and retain talent.
• Develop strategic initiatives and action plans aimed at achieving working professional volume and profit objectives.
• Align long-term team objectives with individual short-term goals through clear expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the service industry and/or business management is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role is required.
• Staffing experience is essential; knowledge and experience in the education sector are preferred.
• Proficient in technical skills and computer operations, including MS Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiar with recruitment technologies, particularly ATS.
• Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Capable of identifying and addressing challenges within recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Adaptable to changes and emerging trends in recruitment.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• An Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
