This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Implement advanced asset management procedures concerning fleet oversight and revenue tracking.
• Offer data analysis and support for the asset management team.
• Conduct asset evaluations to enhance customer satisfaction, bolster growth initiatives, and boost sales.
• Execute Asset Management projects and coordinate execution strategies through collaborative ownership.
• Advocate for Asset Management principles and practices within the FMS and Dedicated Organization.
• Oversee fleet assets and reallocate them to avoid units becoming No Longer Earning.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure precise asset tracking and reporting.
• Generate exception reports for Asset Management initiatives.
• Lead specialized projects as an analyst based on the needs of Asset Management.
• Monitor vehicle redeployment from reserving through customer service in partnership with local Asset Management.
• Coordinate and support initiatives under the DTS product offering.
• Process asset requests and manage Rent to Lease, Surplus Vehicle Notice, and Vehicle Change Notice workflows.
• Supervise account I/S and O/S to manage NYE and NLE units effectively.
• Participate in weekly calls to mitigate billing inaccuracies on end bills and start bills.
• Review and assess fleet, Less than Term, Flex Lease, Short Term Lease, Fast Track, and Vosa assets.
• Ensure accurate depreciation to salvage throughout the asset lifecycle in collaboration with local Asset Management.
• Provide innovative solutions and action plans to meet Asset Management objectives.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales, or a related field is required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Capability to utilize MS Access and SQL is necessary.
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Competence in leading, motivating, training, and developing others on the Asset Management business model.
• Capacity to influence Asset Management and Sales leadership and colleagues.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills focused on asset management.
