Assessor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Retail & Hospitality assurance initiatives throughout the USA and Canada.

• Lead and enhance the performance of the regional Lead Auditor team.

• Ensure that audit timelines, resource distribution, and client obligations are met.

• Drive auditor utilization, capacity management, recruitment, and skills development.

• Serve as the main point of escalation for operational and delivery challenges.

• Assist in onboarding new clients and expanding current programs.

• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, Global Operations Manager, and Business Support teams.

• Track operational performance across an expanding portfolio of North American clients.

• Contribute to business growth, service excellence, and delivery performance in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing auditors, assessors, inspectors, or operational field teams.

• Strong grasp of audit execution, planning, scheduling, and resource management.

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Background in food safety, hospitality, retail, restaurant, supply chain, or assurance sectors.

• Capability to manage remote teams across various locations.

• Certified Food Safety Auditor.

• Experience with multi-site restaurant, retail, or hospitality clients.

• Familiarity with contractor auditor management and regional delivery frameworks.

• Ability to drive operational performance across the USA and Canada.

• Experience in supporting customer delivery, resource planning, and service excellence initiatives.
