Assessor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Retail & Hospitality assurance programs throughout the USA and Canada

• Lead and nurture the regional Lead Auditor team

• Ensure that audit timelines, resource distribution, and client commitments are met

• Enhance auditor utilization, capacity planning, recruitment, and competency management

• Serve as the main point of contact for operational and delivery-related issues

• Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the growth of existing programs

• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, Global Operations Manager, and Business Support teams to provide a seamless customer experience

• Contribute to business growth, service excellence, and delivery effectiveness across North America

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing auditors, assessors, inspectors, or operational field teams

• Comprehensive understanding of audit execution, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Background in food safety, hospitality, retail, restaurant, supply chain, or assurance sectors

• Capability to manage remote teams across various locations

• Certified Food Safety Auditor

• Experience working with multi-site restaurant, retail, or hospitality clients

• Familiarity with contractor auditor management and regional delivery frameworks
