This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of assessment products through the creation, evaluation, and modification of test items and assessments.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively with assessment designers, writers, and copy editors.

• Generate, assess, format, and update test items in accordance with state mathematics standards and their suitability for specific grade levels.

• Evaluate assessments across various grade levels and mathematics content areas.

• Ensure alignment of math items with state standards across multiple states.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in secondary mathematics or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in developing student assessment content products as a writer or editor, including item banks and standardized assessments, with an educational institution or at the state level.

• A mastery-level comprehension of mathematics curriculum expectations for students and state learning standards.

• Strong preference for expertise in Secondary Mathematics content.

• Experience utilizing an assessment management system to create and edit both tech-enhanced and traditional items.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to uphold a strict code of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in work approach.
