This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of information and indicators related to Learning and Development.

• Design and develop learning content in various formats.

• Support the planning, creation, and execution of training sessions for employees across LATAM.

• Create and update learning experiences using methodologies, tools, and resources.

• Assist in the management, implementation, and monitoring of learning and development initiatives.

• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate leader related to the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Design, Education, Psychology, or related fields.

• At least 6 months of experience in creating and designing educational content.

• Training in soft skills.

• Experience in implementing Instructional Design.

• Disability certificate issued by the Ministry of Health.

• Basic Excel skills.

• Creativity in design.

• Designing learning experiences.

• Applied teaching skills.
