This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide Entel benefits to customers from other operators

• Achieve customer line transfers to Entel

• Work as an outbound teleoperator for line portability

• Adhere to a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 45-minute break

• Participate in paid training and sales reinforcement sessions

• Join the sales advisory team at Netcall Perú Group

⛳️ Requirements

• Own a personal laptop or computer

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, from 6th generation onward; Ryzen 3 or AMD8 and above

• 8 GB RAM

• Windows 10 or 11

• Solid-state drive

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or more

• Preferably, experience in call center or face-to-face sales

• Secondary education

• Strong persuasion and sales skills
