This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients via calls to renew their mobile devices with enhanced benefits.

• Offer additional lines and mobile protection insurance.

• Advise clients on mobile device renewal processes.

• Execute sales and finalize transactions.

• Work from Monday to Saturday according to full-time or semi-full schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be Core i3, 5th generation.

• RAM must be 8 GB.

• Internet speed should be at least 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones are necessary.

• Camera must be enabled during training sessions.

• Skills in customer orientation, effective communication, and negotiation are essential.

• Ability to advise, close sales, and prospect clients is required.
