This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients via phone to assist them in renewing their mobile devices with enhanced benefits.

• Provide additional lines and mobile protection insurance.

• Engage in training sessions.

• Work Monday through Saturday based on either full-time or semi-full-time schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection is required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be a 5th generation Core i3.

• RAM must be 8 GB.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB headphones are necessary.

• Camera must be on during training sessions.

• Strong customer orientation skills.

• Effective communication abilities.

• Negotiation skills are essential.
