This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide post-payment support and manage equipment renewals.

• Conduct sales through inbound and outbound calls in the telecommunications sector.

• Assist and advise clients.

• Manage services on a full-time or semi-full-time basis.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Keep the camera on during training sessions.

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection.

• Operating system version 10 or 11.

• Core i3 5th generation processor.

• 8GB RAM memory.

• Internet speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Proficiency in Teams.

• Experience in client prospecting.

• Talent attraction skills.

• Ability to provide guidance.

• Sales closing skills.
