This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers who have a postpaid plan with another provider.

• Encourage them to switch to Claro by presenting promotions and enhanced benefits.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be a Core i3, 5th generation.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.

• Experience in selling intangible products.

• Talent attraction skills.

• Ability to provide guidance and support.

• Strong commercial skills.
