This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to clients who have a postpaid plan with another provider.

• Encourage them to switch to Claro.

• Present promotions and enhanced benefits.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Work full-time or semi-full shifts.

• Enjoy a fixed day off on Sundays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of sales experience.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be Core i3, 5th generation.

• Minimum 8GB RAM.

• Internet speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones.

• Webcam must be on during training (mandatory).

• Ability to provide guidance.

• Strong commercial skills.

• Experience in selling intangible products.
