This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers via phone to assist in upgrading their mobile devices with enhanced benefits.

• Provide an additional line and mobile protection insurance.

• Engage in training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center Sales.

• Positions available for Lima and the provinces.

• Must have a PC or Laptop.

• Operating System Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor: Core i3, 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be turned on during training sessions (Mandatory).

• Secondary education is required.
