This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to Claro customers who have previously been contacted by Customer Service (123)

• Inform customers about promotions, benefits, or enhancements to their services

• Participate in training sessions from 11 AM to 6 PM over a period of 7 days

• Work full-time or semi-full-time hours with rotating days off

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education or higher studies

• Proficient in Office software at a user level

• Experience in a Call Center environment

• Availability for full-time or semi-full-time hours with rotating days off

• Less than 1 year of professional experience as specified in the requirements section
