This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to customers from other service providers via phone.

• Manage the portability process to Movistar Prepago.

• Provide service to the Mexican public.

• Participate in an initial virtual training program lasting 12 days.

• Secondary education.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, from the 6th generation onward, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD 8 or higher.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or more.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
