Asesor ATC, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to promote financial products.

• Provide information and guidance regarding loans, credit, and other financial products offered by Alfin Banco.

• Assess client needs and profiles to recommend suitable financial alternatives.

• Follow up with interested clients to enhance conversion rates and finalize sales.

• Engage in remote training sessions.

• Work in full-time, semi-full, or part-time rotating shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center environment.

• Must have personal equipment, either a PC or laptop.

• Reliable wired internet connection is necessary.

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts.

• Ability to manage a workload of 7 hours and 30 minutes plus a 45-minute break in full-time mode.
