AS400 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the AS400 platform using the RPG programming language.

• Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and analyze requirements.

• Create technical specifications and design documents for AS400 applications.

• Write efficient, high-quality code to implement business logic and functionality.

• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AS400 applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AS400 applications.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AS400 applications with other systems.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AS400 development.

• Desired knowledge of AS400 with experience in RPG development using the SYNON tool.

• Strong experience with AS400 – RPG - Synon.

• Minimum of 2 years using Synon.
