
Area Vice President, Major Account Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and achieve revenue objectives, bookings, and pipeline expansion across designated markets.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's goals.
β’ Cultivate and enhance relationships with Tier 1 clients.
β’ Direct intricate deal strategies and negotiations for substantial, multi-year contracts.
β’ Discover whitespace and growth opportunities within the current customer portfolio.
β’ Establish go-to-market strategies, encompassing segmentation, territory planning, and account management.
β’ Maintain disciplined pipeline management, ensure forecasting accuracy, and uphold rigorous sales processes.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales leaders and account executives.
β’ Set performance benchmarks and develop coaching frameworks.
β’ Promote accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance on growth initiatives.
β’ Offer market insights to guide product strategy and innovation.
β’ Implement metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and inform decision-making.
β’ Streamline sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
β’ Over 12 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior sales leadership positions.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in sales to T-Mobile.
β’ Strong connections with key decision-makers in T-Fiber, IT, Technology, and Product sectors.
β’ Proven history of surpassing revenue goals in enterprise or major account sales.
β’ Experience leading teams that sell intricate, solutions-oriented products such as SaaS, telecom, cloud, or AI.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic accounts and lengthy sales cycles successfully.
β’ Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
β’ Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
β’ Data-driven approach with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
β’ Preferred experience selling to broadband service providers, telecom, or technology ecosystems.
β’ Background in scaling sales organizations during periods of significant growth is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with subscription or recurring revenue business models is preferred.
β’ An MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
