Area Vice President

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated region within the Area and ensure the effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.

• Inspire and direct a team of professionals to achieve set objectives and targets.

• Assist in the formulation and execution of regional sales and marketing strategies.

• Ensure financial metrics and performance align with or surpass corporate objectives.

• Promote collaboration among cross-functional teams around shared objectives within the designated region.

• Utilize account management skills to integrate resources for maximum market potential.

• Align localized regional strategies with overarching corporate goals.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the regional market, competitors, industry terminology, technology, trends, and challenges.

• Work closely with the executive team.

• Manage sales and marketing professionals.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of extensive sales experience within the pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience is preferred.

• Significant experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology.

• Demonstrated experience in navigating hospital/institution settings and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven record of leadership achievements, including successful product launches.

• Expertise in developing and managing the sales and marketing process from initial concept to revenue generation.

• Skilled in structuring sales operational plans to meet and exceed company objectives.

• Documented success in surpassing sales targets, with prior experience in scaling Area Sales teams.

• Familiarity with the US reimbursement landscape.

• Experience collaborating with third-party distribution networks.

• Capability to effectively motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Power BI, and revenue-generating platforms is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
