This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Act as a sales and customer support representative for the designated territory.
• Achieve the sales objectives set for the territory.
• Build relationships with physician clients and hospital staff.
• Assist the region in reaching its growth targets.
• Identify and assess market opportunities and sales potential within accounts.
• Set and accomplish annual sales goals in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
• Create and execute sales strategies and tactics for both existing and prospective accounts.
• Analyze the territory to pinpoint key target accounts.
• Keep track of competitive activities and collect market intelligence.
• Work together on contracts, pricing, and vendor documentation for hospital and institutional clients.
• Implement launch strategies and facilitate product introductions and customer training sessions.
• Maintain clinical and technical knowledge through training, workshops, publications, networks, and professional organizations.
• Prepare and submit reports on territory sales, customer data, and sales forecasts.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and Scientia leadership.
• Adhere to company, hospital/institution, and professional conduct standards.
• Use independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience required.
• Skilled in using CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Preferably experienced in medical device sales, particularly in interventional stroke procedures.
• Experience in selling medical devices within the Neurovascular sector is preferred.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
