This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Meet the capital equipment sales targets for the designated territory.
• Utilize professional and ethical sales methods to finalize sales transactions.
• Foster positive relationships with healthcare practitioners and their support staff.
• Gain product knowledge through training programs and competitive market analysis.
• Generate awareness and demand for the company’s product offerings.
• Identify potential customers through leads from existing clients and company initiatives.
• Engage with prospects daily through various channels including text, phone, email, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings.
• Provide technical and administrative product details, price quotes, and facilitate deal closures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of quotes, including pricing and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on market conditions, product innovations, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and sales trends.
• Negotiate contract and payment terms in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Assist in customer success initiatives following sales or contract completion.
• Work together with Marketing on promotional events, dinners, and related activities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Experience in medical device sales.
• Preferred experience with aesthetic devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of overall B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A proven track record of successful sales is required.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in covering the assigned territory through cold-calling and lead generation.
• Capability to develop new customer accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-honed presentation abilities to convey the company’s technology and unique value proposition.
• Proven capacity to sell a novel product that has distinct competitive advantages and to encourage customer purchases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to and from customer locations, sometimes with little to no notice.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Current automobile insurance is necessary.
• Ability to provide proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance upon request.
