Area Sales Manager – Direct Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational and direct auto purchasing sales activities within a designated metropolitan area.

• Proactively identify and recruit new vendors to expand Lendmark Financial Services' dealer network.

• Engage with, contract, and onboard new direct auto dealers.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealers.

• Provide training to dealer staff.

• Keep senior leadership informed on industry developments.

• Resolve service-related issues for dealers.

• Manage risk associated with the role.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.

• Competency in product/service presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Proficient in dealer service and retention strategies.
