Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Present and convey the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.

• Identify sales opportunities and reach out to designated accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers.

• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners.

• Communicate with dealer partners via phone or in-person regarding ongoing programs.

• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the essential documentation required for prompt funding of contracts.

• Identify, onboard, and facilitate growth with dealers in the designated local area.

• Enhance the number of funded deals by collaborating with appropriate dealers.

• Report directly to Regional Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors.

• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential.

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success.

• Clear and effective presentation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and effective sales techniques.

• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
