Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all levels of management within both independent and franchise dealerships, in person.

• Identify potential sales opportunities and establish contact with assigned accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for independent and franchise dealerships.

• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners.

• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners via phone or in-person regarding current programs.

• Train dealers on Western Funding and the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.

• Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers in the designated local region.

• Report to Regional Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of automotive, finance, and sales sectors.

• Previous experience in the financial services industry or within a car dealership is essential.

• 1–2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record.

• Excellent and effective presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques.

• Strong computer skills and adaptability to emerging technologies.

• Results-oriented mindset aligned with company goals.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealerships.

• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
