This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive and enhance revenue growth within the designated territory
• Facilitate revenue generation and manage client accounts
• Identify, educate, train, and implement pain therapies in targeted accounts
• Promote account adoption by comprehending patient selection and providing account support
• Oversee assigned accounts for clinical execution, sales activities, and business development
• Follow up on physician prospects
• Manage target pipelines through business planning, sales efforts, training, and account launches
• Elevate the standard of care by incorporating pain therapies into treatment protocols
• Provide case coverage within the territory
• Assist physicians and their staff with product technical expertise, presentations, and coordination of corporate resources
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrate surgical techniques, and produce white papers
• Grasp and articulate product and clinical positioning, brand management, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor the competitive environment and relay market trends to corporate marketing
• Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Sales Director and Vice President
• Collaborate with Sales on product support, training initiatives, and management of physicians and accounts
• Aid in the preparation and execution of physician training sessions, including didactic and cadaver labs
• Engage in strategic sales and marketing planning to pinpoint key targets, physicians, and hospitals
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
• A minimum of five years of pertinent sales or technical sales support experience in biologics and/or medical devices, with a focus on pain management preferred
• Demonstrated history of sales success and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional presentation capabilities
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other media platforms
• Previous experience or capability to utilize Salesforce.com
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Must reside within, or in reasonable commuting distance of, the South Jersey territory
• Ability to travel via air, train, and car
