This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee assigned territory and promote sales through both current and prospective customers
• Expand customer base and enhance market presence
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and potential opportunities
• Develop sales pipelines and ensure consistent pipeline management and activity
• Make a minimum of 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and conduct 2–3 meetings daily
• Implement the Company's sales strategy effectively
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products offered
• Inform customers about the product range, including indications, effectiveness, safety, and benefits
• Provide product demonstrations in line with Company protocols
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with businesses and customers
• Regularly visit client accounts to ensure satisfaction
• Manage the entire sales process, including contracts, quotes, and terms
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce CRM data and generate reports
• Participate in mandatory calls and meetings
• Assist with customer-site installations in accordance with Company practices, specifications, and guidelines
• Achieve sales goals established through annual and quarterly budgets
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely reports
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and various other departments
• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational qualifications in business or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales
• Required 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales
• Proven experience selling lasers, RF, or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and driving revenue growth
• Strong skills in cold calling, sales, and negotiation
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all internal departments
• Self-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer usage
• Must possess a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel primarily within the territory, with occasional travel within North America and internationally as needed
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory, at least 3 nights per week based on territory requirements
• Openness to relocation for potential advancement opportunities
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends as necessary
