This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee territory management and drive sales through both existing and prospective customers.
• Expand the customer base and enhance market share.
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring continuous progression and activity.
• Engage in cold calling and conduct on-site customer visits.
• Make a minimum of 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and conduct 2–3 meetings per day.
• Adapt and implement the company's sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of all product offerings.
• Educate customers regarding the product range, device indications, efficacy, safety, and benefits to the customer.
• Conduct product demonstrations while adhering to company protocols.
• Build, develop, and maintain positive relationships with businesses and customers.
• Regularly visit all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the entire sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce CRM data through regular updates.
• Prepare reports and participate in required calls and meetings.
• Assist with installations at customer locations according to company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets set through annual and quarterly budgets.
• Forecast and submit sales reports promptly.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and other relevant departments.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• BA/BS University Degree or an equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales is required.
• Proven experience selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas and driving sales growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with prospects and customers.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all internal departments.
• Self-motivated and possess a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Required to travel primarily within the designated territory, with occasional travel across North America and internationally as needed.
• Must be able to travel overnight within the territory, a minimum of 3 nights per week depending on territory.
• Willingness to travel outside of the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
