This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the territory and enhance sales through both existing and prospective customers.
• Expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develop sales pipelines, ensuring progression and sustained activity.
• Engage in cold calling and on-site visits to meet or surpass individual and team objectives.
• Make at least 30 cold calls daily, schedule 5 meetings each day, and conduct 2–3 meetings daily.
• Implement the company's sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products.
• Educate customers on the product range, including indications, efficacy, safety, and benefits for customers.
• Carry out product demonstrations in compliance with company protocols.
• Build, develop, and nurture positive relationships with businesses and customers.
• Regularly visit all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the entire sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain the integrity of Salesforce CRM data through consistent updates.
• Prepare reports and participate in required calls and meetings.
• Assist with customer-site installations per company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets set through annual and quarterly budgets.
• Timely forecast and submit sales reports.
• Collaborate with various departments including Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales required.
• Proven experience selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, selling, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with prospects and customers.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all internal departments.
• Self-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel primarily within the territory, along with some travel across North America and internationally as needed.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory, a minimum of 3 nights per week depending on the area.
• Willingness to travel outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
• Openness to relocate for potential advancement opportunities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends as necessary.
