This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the designated territory and enhance sales through both established and new customer relationships.
• Expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and potential opportunities.
• Create sales pipelines and ensure continuous progression and activity within them.
• Engage in cold calling and conduct on-site visits.
• Make a minimum of 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and conduct 2–3 meetings daily.
• Implement the company's sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products.
• Provide education to customers regarding the product range, device indications, efficacy, safety, and customer benefits.
• Carry out product demonstrations in accordance with company protocols.
• Establish, foster, and maintain positive relationships with businesses and customers.
• Regularly visit accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the entire sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms, while escalating issues as necessary.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce CRM through consistent updates.
• Prepare reports and participate in required calls and meetings.
• Assist with customer-site installations following company methods, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets set out in annual and quarterly budgets.
• Provide timely forecasts and sales reports.
• Work collaboratively with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and other departments.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or a relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience in medical aesthetics is required.
• Experience in selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Strong cold calling, selling, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to build relationships with both prospects and customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Proficient in collaborating with all internal departments.
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Strong skills in MS Office and general computer usage.
• Must own a vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to travel primarily within the territory, with some travel across North America and internationally as required.
• Willingness to travel overnight within the territory, a minimum of 3 nights per week based on territory needs.
• Ability to travel outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
