This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Identify and qualify new dealers through phone outreach, site visits, auction participation, and referrals.
• Participate in auctions within the designated region to promote Kinetic Advantage and facilitate floorplan applications, activations, and loans.
• Attend meetings held by the State Independent Dealer Association.
• Forge partnerships with complementary businesses to create referral programs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, dealer applications, activations, and floorplanned units.
• Implement follow-up processes and keep prospective dealer leads and contacts updated in the system.
• Collaborate with ASMs and DRMs to assess target areas and dealers, working towards market and company objectives.
• Compile and evaluate new dealer application packages and complete dealer profile forms for underwriting purposes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the dealer communication, application, approval, activation, and onboarding processes.
• Keep an eye on competitors and their offerings through industry publications, dealer conversations, and promotional initiatives.
• Relay dealer and market insights to the Regional Vice President of National Sales.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• The candidate must reside in the Kansas City area.
• Previous experience in or with auto dealerships is required.
• Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain robust business relationships.
• Capacity to work independently.

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Clear communication skills are essential.
• Ability to endure extended periods in vehicles during market visits.
• Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods, exceeding 4 hours.
• Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
