Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Present and articulate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.

• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to designated accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals obtained from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers.

• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners.

• Engage with dealer partners via phone or face-to-face regarding existing programs.

• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.

• Increase the number of funded deals by collaborating with appropriate dealers.

• Identify, onboard, and support the growth of dealers within the local area.

• Report directly to Regional Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the US.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of automotive, finance, and sales sectors.

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated history of success.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies.

• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.

• Results-driven with the ability to align work with company goals.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Comfortable working remotely and while on the road.
